My name is Nina Howell, I’ve been passionate about real estate since 2002, with over two decades of experience in listing, selling, rentals, residential, and commercial properties. My specialty lies in new construction—having served as an on-site agent for the past 20 years, I've collaborated closely with builders and developers to successfully build and sell numerous housing communities.
I am proudly licensed in multiple U.S. states, including Virginia, Washington, D.C., Maryland, Georgia, and also in Jamaica. I am a broker in the states as well as an international broker, I am qualified to assist buyers and investors in the Dominican Republic and Ghana as well.
My ultimate goal is to help individuals and families achieve the dream of homeownership—because I truly believe everyone should own a piece of real estate at some point in life. With a lifelong immersion in real estate, I come from a family of builders and developers. My father and uncles were builders, and two of my brothers are successful developers. Growing up, I worked alongside my father and brother in the industry. I attended Meadow brook High School and in 2018, I earned my license as a real estate salesperson. I have a keen eye for construction details, thanks to my lifelong exposure to the industry, which allows me to help clients identify quality workmanship. I’m very familiar with local agencies like NEPA and KSAC, having grown up around them. My first property sale after becoming licensed was a townhouse for nearly 100 million Jamaican dollars. I am currently attached to Stella Global Realty where we help you to buy your dreams.
